My name is Grit Craig. I am an Occupational Therapist.
At Space For Change, our work together is focused on helping you to better manage your life with your health condition.
You can learn more about your health condition and healthy lifestyle options, and design a customised plan to achieving what is important to you.
I guide you through the process of creating habits and routines that are meaningful and health-promoting to you and help you live your best life.
Changing our behaviours and habits takes time and is a complex process.
I will be there to support you throughout your change journey to overcome barriers, take opportunities, participate and create space for what makes you feel like you again.
