Our work focuses on helping you to better manage your life with your health condition and make space for what makes you feel like you again.
You and I work collaboratively with your doctor and specialist and the treatments you may already receive.
I complete a comprehensive evaluation of the impact your health condition is having on your daily activities, routines and wellbeing.
Together we explore, learn and implement evidence-based health information, coping and self-management strategies, focused on your interests, needs and goals.
